Digital Downloads

(A Valid Worcester Public Library card is required to use the following services.)

If you would like to download an audiobook to your mp3 player or your computer, start with OneClickdigital. (Use your Worcester Public Library card to log in.) You will need to create an accout to log in.

4. Now, you can contact the patron support team at OneClickdigital directly with your questions. Contact them by phone at 1-877-77-AUDIO or by email to support@oneclickdigital.com.

* As of 7/13/15, Microsoft will no longer be supporting DRM (digital rights management) for WMA files for eAudio. Anyone that currently downloads encrypted WMA titles using the OneClickdigital Media Manager or downloads encrypted eAudio manually (as Zip files) will no longer be able to do so as of 7/13.

Please note, although this issue affects all WMA files, only patrons who utilize the Media Manager will be impacted by the change. All eAudio titles in your library’s collection, including thepreviously indicated WMA files, will continue to be available through streaming on the OneClickdigital site and for downloading through all versions of the OneClickdigital app.
